Upon making your decision to enroll at LMS, you need only fill out the application, which is applicable to the class you wish (download application). Send in the completed application, along with your non-refundable deposit, to hold a position for your child.
Once LMS has received your application and deposit, we will email you confirming your child’s class choice.
