Lynn Hauser
Director of School
Lynn is the Director of School, as well as, the lead 3-6 Montessori teacher here at LMS. Lynn resides in Grayslake with her husband and two children. Both children attended Montessori, one child through kindergarten and the other through 3rd grade. Lynn holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Social Work from Elmhurst College. She also holds an MA in Early Childhood Education, with a special education endorsement from Concordia University. In addition, she has her Montessori 3-6 year old certification from MECA, and her 6-9 year old certification from MMTTC. Lynn also tutors math, language, writing, and reading for children between the ages of 3 years to 6th grade. Lynn brings with her over 30 years teaching experience, working with children of all ages, as well as, 15 years management and training experience.
Bonita Clanton
Pre-primary Teacher
Bonita resides in Gurnee with her husband. She has one daughter who is earning her Master’s degree in Criminal Psychology. Bonita has 3 years of Childhood Education courses and over 25 years of experience working with children of all ages. Bonita brings lots of knowledge and experience of Montessori, traditional preschool, and daycare education to LMS and is a valued part of our staff.
